Charlotte is a wonderful city. The Charlotteans are a ton of fun and some of the nicest people I have ever had the pleasure of spending time with. I don't think I could ever get over that southern drawl, it is the beautiful language of the south. There are many unique buildings with fantastic architecture, and many with banks' names on them. A long drive west of here starts with beautiful rolling hills and ends with long winding roads through a picturesque mountain landscape. Home of the United States' first gold rush in 1802, the first Mint, many banks, and a rich landscape. Even today people pan for gold in streams and some even get a little richer.
